2008 AGM Notice and Agenda

The Annual General Meeting for Waveski Surfing Australia Inc. will be held on October 26th, 2008 at 7 pm at the The Rye Hotel, 2415 Point Nepean Rd, Rye following the Australian Titles briefing session. In accordance with rule 24 of the WSA Inc. Constitution, this meeting will be held in order to:

• confirm the minutes of the last preceding annual general meeting;
• receive from the committee reports on the activities of the association during the last preceding year;
• elect the office-bearers of the committee for the following year;

Nominations are called for office bearers of the 2009 Waveski Surfing Australia committee. Nominations can be received up to and during the annual general meeting. Nominations are to be received in writing by the secretary or email or speak to returning officer Lance Milnes. The following positions will be vacant: President, Secretary, Treasurer, Vice President, Contest Director, Newsletter Editor and Head Judge.
