2009 AGM Notice and Agenda

The Annual General Meeting for Waveski Surfing Australia Inc. will be held on September 3rd, 2009 at 7pm at The Seaview Tavern in Woolgoolga . To view the agenda, please click here (26kb) and the minutes from the 2008 AGM are available here (36 kb) for review and acceptance.

In accordance with rule 24 of the WSA Inc. Constitution, this meeting will be held in order to:

• confirm the minutes of the last preceding annual general meeting;
• receive from the committee reports on the activities of the association during the last preceding year;
• elect the office-bearers of the committee for the following year;

Nominations are called for office bearers of the 2010 Waveski Surfing Australia committee. Nominations can be received up to and during the annual general meeting. Nominations are to be received in writing by the secretary. The following positions will be vacant: President, Secretary, Treasurer, Vice President, Contest Director and Newsletter Editor.
