Waveski Surfing Australia is incorporated in Queensland.

Our Certificate of Incorporation (, 75Kb) shows our incorporation date as 4th of March 2005 and our incorporation number as IA33720. Our association address is currently registered the QLD Office of Fair Training is:

As we are incorporated in QLD, the QLD Associations Incorporation Act (1981) governs our Association Rules, or Constitution (, 49Kb).

The Act can be downloaded from the Queensland Office of Fair Trading website and information on incorporated associations is available at this site.

We are also registered with ASIC as an Australian Registered Body, as of 18th November 2005, and our ARBN is 117 202 141 (Certificate of Registration 125 Kb). This allows us to conduct business outside of QLD. Our registration can also be located on the ASIC website WSA ASIC/ARBN Registration.
